AsalamuAlaykum,
This is a series incorporating my journey to the one and only truth i.e Islam. In this series which consists of six parts, I will describe the dilemma that I had to go through and rather the extremely despondent times that I had to pass. I was a born-muslim, but I fell in doubt, and it’s indescribable what happened then, but I tried really hard to express myself the best I can. My journey is too complicated to be described at once, therefore I decided to make a series wherein I will one by one lay down the stages that I had to go through. (P.S. You have no idea how tough it is to go through such a situation!)
First Part : Wake-up call
Second Part : Bombardment of Questions
Third Part : The Internet and the propaganda
Fourth Part : Understanding from the reputed scholars of Islam
Fifth Part : The Role of Satan
And the Final Sixth Part : The Path to Salvation
The reason why I want to tell you my journey is because what I went through is rather very “different” and complicated. It took me time…..And I think that what I went through and how I came to Islam will help people of all ages and religions..whether they be muslims with weak faith, non-muslims,agnostics or atheists.
Apart from requiring hard work and commitment it also requires an open mind, the ability to question and the desire to know. Many have just given up, compromising with their lives, making it go just the way it is. It’s not simple, no doubt……yet the result deserves it! The first and foremost thing you need to embark on a journey like this is intellect and with experience you’ll INSHALLAH gain wisdom and Wisdom leads to the service of The One Who gave us that wisdom!
Everybody get’s a wakeup call…see the light and follow it before you’re gone astray into the abyss of darkness…the darkness of hell-fire.
I must clarify this point that I’ve chosen my way Alhamdulillah.. and I’m certain about it…thanks to the guidance Allah gave me….Which of the favours of Your Lord will ye deny? Knowing that once we knew nothing, until Allah gave us knowledge….Which of the favours of Your Lord will ye deny? Allah guides whom He wills, and Allah does Not guide the arrogant, who have even the slightest of pride in their hearts…Allah guides only the humble-hearted who are seeking the truth.
